Casa Navàs launches the fourth edition of Navàs Market

  • The craft market involves the participation of 21 artists from the area

The Casa Navàs in Reus hosts, for the fourth consecutive year, the art and craft market Navàs Market, which will remain open in the former textile store from December 16 to 22. A total of 21 local brands will take part this year in this initiative, to show and sell their creations in disciplines such as painting, sculpture, illustration, crochet, creative sewing, natural cosmetics, ceramics, jewellery, or macramé.

In addition, and as a novelty, there will also be a space for a group of writers from Reus who have decided to group together to promote their works. The Navàs Market will be open from 10 am to 2 pm and from 5 pm to 9 pm, except for the 18th, which will be closed. This market is an initiative promoted by the multidisciplinary artist Fina Veciana and the artisan Mar Bonet.

The first Navàs Market took place in Sant Jordi in 2021, and since then, it has been held four times at Casa Navàs. Two, close to the date of the Diada and two others during the Christmas holidays. This initiative allows bringing back to the fabric store Sucesores Navàs the life it had for many years and, at the same time, allows the artisans of the area to show their creations and to promote themselves.
